bed, can be made up as either as double or twin (by request).
Bathroom and WC adjacent.
Single bedroom: ground floor. WC and washbasin adjacent.
Additional sleeping by arrangement.

New kitchen (2010), ground floor. Very well equipped: Electric cooker (ceramic hobs and oven), microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Slate floor and original oak beams.
Lounge/Dining Room
Large open plan lounge/dining room, first floor, attractively furnished with T.V., video, DVD player, hi-fi, telephone, books, videos, DVDs, games, local walking maps.
Location
On a quiet street, beaches, sea front, shops restaurants and pubs are five minutes walk . The coastal path is fifty yards from the front door.
The cottage has a pretty outlook across the village. Modest sea view from the sun patio at the front of the house.
All linen and electricity included.
One, well behaved, small dog by arrangement.
